Sound Gallery Studios is a professional recording studio run by social enterprise Sound Gallery CIC, based in the cultural quarter of the city at Exeter Phoenix. Built in 2008 and renovated in 2010, the studio offers a wide range of integrated recording solutions (ProTools and Logic Pro systems), rehearsal and workshop spaces for artist development and an education iMac suite from which we deliver our music technology courses, work experience and accessibility programmes:  SiMPTI and Access to SiMPTI. Every year, Sound Gallery hosts a unique music technology and music industry event in the Southwest, the Analogue to Digital Music Expo.Sound Gallery Studios is run by social enterprise Sound Gallery CIC a not for profit organisation, founded in 2007 by a team of driven and experienced musicians, educators and technicians. Sound Gallery is dedicated to the development of original creative works produced by talented musicians and to the provision of music-making, volunteering and training opportunities, especially for young people aged 12-25 who are at risk of social exclusion. Our principles are: accessibility, equal opportunities, creative learning, originality, talent, passion and innovative, high quality artistic work. Our aim is to nurture and develop musicians and musical projects in Exeter and the surrounding areas.
