Spring 2013 saw the opening of restaurant adam’s in Birmingham City Centre in a former sandwich shop just off bustling New Street. Converted in three months the intimate fine dining restaurant is run by husband and wife team Adam Stokes and wife Natasha.
Less than six months after opening the restaurant was awarded a much coveted Michelin Star and became only the fourth to hold such an accolade in Birmingham. Although Adam has previously held a Michelin Star this is the first for his eponymously named own restaurant. At the beginning of 2014 the AA awarded adam’s three AA Rosettes.
Adam’s is a contemporary fine dining restaurant producing stylish food; a sophisticated blend of familiar flavour combinations with modern inventive twists. Whilst the location limits the maximum number of guests to 26, there are plans for 2015 which will see adam’s re-locate and expanded with the inclusion of a bar and wine cellar.
