I have spent the last 10 years travelling throughout Central Asia practising and studying the yogic arts. After experiencing such a profound change in my life I eventually felt it was time to pass on these ancient practises to help others to benefit as much as I have. I have spent literally thousands of hours in dedicated practise; and yet still feel like an absolute beginner in the face of this vast subject.
