Founded in 1850 by Alfred and Ernest Burgess, A.E.Burgess & Sons Ltd is still owned and run by the Burgess family to this day. We operate a fleet of 27 vehicles from our 12 acre site and deal with over 240,000 tonnes of waste per annum. As a leading waste management company and scrap metal merchant in Leicestershire we provide a professional approach for both the public and trade sector whilst maintaining a friendly and personal service.Today, more than ever, waste and waste management are critical issues for industry, construction, government and the public sector.
