Melissa Hartnack is the founder of All 4 Pets pet care. Animals have always been a great passion of her's. Melissa grew up in Zimbabwe, which was a great advantage for her as they had a large garden for all thier pets to run around in. Her family had seven dogs of all shapes and sizes, from St Bernard’s, Great Danes and Rottweilers to two miniature Daschunds. Melissa also had eight rabbits, one guinea pig, three tortoises, an aviary with all types of birds from love birds and canaries to an Amazon Green parrot. Last but not least the two little hunters of the family Max and Socks the two cats. Melissa's passion and love for pets has brought her to opening All 4 Pets, she know's that most people see their pets as part of the family, and when they go away would like to leave their pet(s) in the hands of someone who will provide the same attention and care. Melissa has read a lot of upto date training books and is continuously expanding her knowledge and experiences of dog training & behaviour by attending theoretical and practical courses and events. I only use positive reinforcement training  (reward based training - no physical force or dominance theory techniques).
