The Artillery Tower Restaurant in Plymouth is housed within a fifteenth century tower on the sea wall overlooking Plymouth Sound and Drake’s island. The dining room has views across Plymouth sound and out to sea. And the wood-burning stove and exposed stone walls create a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The Michelin-rated restaurant focuses on sourcing the best local produce, combined with proper cooking, and a relaxed informal service.

The Artillery Tower has been run by chef Peter Constable and his wife Debbie, with Ruth Carter front-of-house, for more than a dozen years. It offers some of the best restaurant dining in Plymouth.
