Our head chef and his team have trained at some of the country's best restaurants and have developed a wide range of dishes to delight our guests. Our commitment to quality was acknowledged in 2006 when Blakes restaurant was first awarded an AA rosette for the quality of its food and in 2011 their committment to excellence was rewarded by the AA with a double rosette - awarded for food quality and is only awarded to those establishments that can consistently produce dishes of sound quality and clarity of flavours, using good, fresh, local ingredients.
