Please note that we are a web-based retailer, and the quickest method of placing an order is via our website. If you are having difficulty with our website, we can take orders over the phone providing the order value exceeds £30.00 excluding VAT. Orders less than £30.00 can only be placed via our website. The order process is EXACTLY the same online as it is over the phone, we require the same information, the only difference is that one of our sales team will key in the order onto the website for you, rather than you doing it yourself.

Due to a recent increase in card fraud originating from orders paid over the telephone, additional security checks may be required on telephone orders. These security checks may delay shipment of goods.

Our Warehouse and Office is open 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Trade counter open 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm Saturdays

Restricted access and opening hours on match days

Due to our proximity to St.Mary's Stadium, we will be operating limited opening hours on match days, please call to check opening hours before setting off. Britannia Road will normally be closed approximately 2 hours before kick off, you will need to approach our premises via Rochester Street. There is limited parking on match days, please follow any instructions given with regard to parking.

Forthcoming home matches and Stadium Events:


We do not anticipate problems from matches with a Kick-off of 3pm or later, but there may be issues with parking on these days.
