Last time I visited was on April, I got advised I needed a Wisdom tooth out, I had to cancel my follow-on appointment for the extraction of my tooth as I was rather nervous.
Yesterday 25/09/2014 I bit into a Hash Brown and it caused me agony all day, I phoned the reception and was advised they could squeeze me in today 26/09/2014 if I was prepared to wait till a dentist became available. I got there at 08:45AM, I was seen by 09:15AM and my tooth was extracted by 10:10AM.
I'm a 21 year old typical young man, I was very nervous, the though of a tooth extraction is usually only something I have nightmares off however the team in the practice was excellent and made me feel at great ease and had lots of great advise and compassion. I've had a few dentist who are the complete opposite however 100 out of 10 for this practice, very happy and would recommend to anyone who's nervous.
