Chippindale Plant acquires Wilmslow Plant HireChippindale Plant Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Stockport based Wilmslow Plant Hire and their site accommodation division AG Site Services.As of 1st November both companies have become part of Chippindale Plant Ltd.Wilmslow Plant Hire is a perfect fit within our existing 7 depot network; it extends our reach over the Pennines and now enables us to provide a seamless service across the whole of the North of England.Wilmslow Plant Hire has been established since 1946 it has an excellent reputation and a considerable customer base, the range of equipment is very similar to our own Hire Fleet.AG Site Services is a site accommodation business based in Carrington, Manchester; it is a leading provider of secure site units including, offices, canteens, WCs, stores and welfare units.We intend to invest heavily in both new plant and site accommodation; all staff have transferred over to Chippindale Plant and we are recruiting additional staff immediately.Customers can now expect the same quality of equipment and level of service they have received from both companies on either side of the Pennines.
