Colchester Garrison Saddle Club is a British Horse Society and Pony Club approved riding establishment providing lessons for adults and children from 5 years upwards in and around the Essex area.
We are renowned for our Military riding on Wednesday afternoons for the Royal Navy, British Army & Royal Air Force. CGSC is also home to Police riders and the Riding for the disabled. As well as lessons there is extensive hacking available around the local beautiful countryside.Hire of horses and ponies are available for on-site clinics with outside trainers and we offer show jumping/dressage competitions which are held regularly throughout the year.
Our facilities include a 40 x 20m indoor school and two outdoor schools. We also offer NVQ courses run in conjunction with the college of West Anglia.
