We specialise in home-cured Gammon Hams and Bacon produced by us on the premises in the traditional way from prime top quality pork. We produce all cooked meat products such as Brawn, Corned Beef, Salt Brisket, Roast Beef and Turkey Breast.
We also specialize in a wide range of Game, Pheasant, Pigeon, Rabbit and Venison sourced mainly from local suppliers with a proven track record.
