My name is Giovanni Dora and I am the owner/chef of Deli Rocks, I was born in London, to Italian parents from Parma, "the Capital of Food", who both worked in catering.
I grew up surrounded by homemade food, from fresh pasta to the best Parma ham and the finest selection of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Whilst working in a delicatessen in Green Park, London, I decided to combine my parents’ culinary background with my modern views on how a delicatessen ought to be: not a sterile, but a vibrant environment. Somewhere everyone should feel welcome.
