Managing Directors Andy & Helen James launched Dial a Dog Wash in 1999. After seeing the mobile operation in the States. they decided to launch the service in the U.K. The business proved such a success that it was launched as a franchise in order to duplicate the service around the U.K. To date Dial a Dog Wash has become the most successful service of its kind through its franchise network.Andy says:'' the concept success has been mainly due to its hard working franchise operatives. They have shown skill, commitment and fantastic customer care, which is a vital ingredient in any business".DADW offers a convenient, affordable, reliable and efficient service to dog owners.The concept came about when we were on holiday in the USA and we saw several mobile grooming parlours and thought what a fantastic idea. The rest is history.We soon saw the demand for mobile grooming services and the business became an immediate success. We eventually had 3 vans specially converted for grooming. We saw the opportunity of making this business available to dog lovers who would like to share in our success.
