I established, my business, DJS Carpentry in Newport, in 2008 to provide professional, skillfull carpentry solutions for businesses, as well as for individual projects in private households.  I am fully qualified, with NVQ level 2 and level 3 qualifications in Carpentry and Joinery, and over 8 years experience in the industry.   This has provided me with a wide range of skills and knowledge, covering all aspects of carpentry.I have worked on many projects including a restoration of an 18th Century Castle, locally known as “The Newport Folly”.  The restoration featured on the Channel 4 show “Grand Designs”.  I assisted in the construction of a state of the art glass extension.
