Here at the Dorset Water Centre we sell and service water softeners and drinking water systems, as well as providing tablet, block and granular salt, filters for fridges and drinking systems and plumbing parts. We offer a delivery service, throughout our local area and beyond. In June 2014, we took over Waterwise of Sherborne / Yeovil. Rex Rossiter, with nearly 40 years' experience, is a real asset to our team. We now look after customers in Somerset.We have been in the water treatment business for nearly 40 years. Our main activities centre on domestic water supplies, but we also have many commercial customers.For customers on mains water, for example water supplied by Wessex Water, our main purpose is to either remove limescale or chlorine, but some customers have problems with lead pipes and we can also filter this out. Some of our rural customers have private water supplies, usually from boreholes. We can remove limescale and also advise on iron removal, ph correction and treatment of magnesium, lead, bacteria, etc.
