below St Catherine’s Hill, Christchurch, Dudmoor Farm offers horse-riding
lessons for all abilities.
We offer private and group lessons. Our group lessons have a maximum of 5 riders, all of a similar standard. We also try and keep children and adults separate unless otherwise requested.
We also offer walking treks out onto the heathland surrounding
St Catherine’s Hill. Suitable for beginner riders, these treks offer an introduction to riding as well as the opportunity to see the wildlife, in this very attractive and little known area of Christchurch. We have direct access to this area, with no road work being required.
During the holidays we run children’s pony days, where kids get to have a long lesson and spend time with the ponies, as well as learning about how to look after them. These days get booked up quickly so please enquire early! (See Calendar for more details).
Hot and cold drinks as well as ice creams and confectionary are available.
