Here at Elvanite, we deal in site reclamation and recycling. We believe that decontamination, demolition and recycling go hand in hand by firstly identifying what, if any, contamination lies beneath the surface or whatever may be contained within the building fabric, prior to any work taking place. This method of planning limits any costly cross contamination of recyclable materials and minimises project costs. On site recycling, once again, reduces costs and maximises your entire site won materials for reuse in your new construction. All of these products can be tested and certificated to DOE standards, if required, thus reducing your carbon footprint along with maximising your BREAM credits.
