My name is Jo Blake. In Spring 2011, after years of dreaming of being a full time dog walker, I resigned from my job and set up Forest Moor Dog Walking. Quite a change after ten years building a career in Recruitment and HR, but there really has been no looking back. Although I do have to admit to complaining about our Yorkshire weather in the middle of winter!

My own dog is a Weimaraner called Hogan. Hogan joins me for many of our walks and is happy to have a potter with the smaller paws or go for a big romp with the more rambunctious pups and help tire them out. Having previously used a dog walking service for Hogan, I understand how difficult it can be when you have to leave your dog. All my furry customers get lots of love and attention when they are with me and I ensure when they are dropped off home they are settled and ready to have a snooze until their humans get back.
