to our unique dining experience in Bradford’s prestigious City Park – a high quality, commercially run restaurant that also has a social purpose. Forster’s Bistro and Deli is owned by the charity Forster Community College.The Bistro serves seasonal, locally grown (where possible) exciting food which our Head Chef describes as “Innovative, British, Modern, Classic”.
We have two simple aims:
• Great food served in a relaxed and fun environment.
• Our profit gifted to support Forster Community College’s charitable work to provide life progressing training and employment opportunities.
Our Vision:
• The Bistro will establish itself as a thriving social hub for people to meet, eat and enjoy which embraces the wonderful diversity of the City of Bradford.
• It will harness the creativity of people through food; bringing growing, cooking and eating together, and provide real opportunities for sustained employment and inspire a thirst for a career and progression in hospitality.
