We pride ourselves on providing good quality home cooked food using local produce wherever we can.

The converted stables now house the Stable Barn Bar and restaurant with exposed stone and wooden beams and sandstone floors.

The main bar with it's flagstone floor and inglenook fireplace is a popular meeting place for local fishermen, gamekeepers and ghillies, swapping tales of the one that got away, an ideal place to relax and maybe try one of the local ales. We also have an extensive range of fine malt whiskies and a comprehensive wine list. For a more formal dining experience why not try our victorian dining room which can also be booked for private functions / meetings along with the Eden Lounge.

We serve food daily 12pm to 9pm at the weekend and Bank Holidays and 12pm to 2pm 6pm to 9pm during weekdays. The same menu is served throughout the Inn so the choice is yours on where to eat although booking is recommended at the weekend. Alongside the Main menu at Lunchtimes we serve an additional lighter menu including choices such as Ploughmans Lunch , Jacket potatoes and Baguettes and wraps.
