We offer personal care, not just a treatment!Situated in the heart of Ilford, the clinic is one of the leading complementary health centres in East London offering a wide range of therapies under one roof.Our aim is to look after the health and well being of our patients by offering advice, information and support besides the treatment needed.The Clinic has been operating as an osteopathic practice since before the second world war. Records go back to 1923 when Mr.Percival Ager practised osteopathy from this clinic. During the war the clinic closed down as Mr.Ager joined the forces. He, however, returned to the practice after the war and continued to practise until his death in 1963. This is when Geoffrey Lloyd Foulkes joined the clinic having just graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy.The Clinic is situated within five minutes of walking distance from Ilford mainline station and the Exchange – a major shopping centre in East London.It is well served by all the main bus routes in Redbridge, Barking and East London. The area is in a controlled parking zone but there is plenty of metered parking available in the surrounding streets.The Clinic offers Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, therapeutic massage, sports injuries clinic, Reiki, food sensitivity and allergy testing. Free help and advice is given in order to ensure that every patient is treated using the appropriate therapy/therapies.Free advice is also given on a personal basis regarding nutrition and supplements which could be beneficial. In many cases, if considered beneficial, additional help such as acupuncture for pain relief can be offered at no extra cost for patients receiving osteopathic treatment or chinese herbal treatment for patients receiving acupuncture.All the practitioners working in the clinic are fully qualified and registered with their respective regulatory body such as General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and Homeopathic Medical Association (HMA). Every practitioner carries personal indemnity insurance.We have a team of male and female practitioners. The clinic applies strictest health and safety regulations in every aspect of our work but especially in acupuncture where only the highest standard of disposable needles are used. We can offer a certificate if needed by blood donors.Clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8 am till late. On Saturday we are open from 9 till 2.00 pm. Later appointments may be possible on request.Patients are welcome to discuss any concern they may have or any suggestions with the manager who is always available while the clinic is running.
