German Autocare has been delivering high levels of service to German Car owners for nearly 20 years. From a niche practice specializing solely in Mercedes-Benz, the company has grown to embrace other makes and models whilst still retaining a firm focus on the needs of German cars.

Our mission is to provide levels of service and expertise that rival those only usually found within a main dealer, but at a fraction of the cost . Even on a new vehicle, this will not invalidate a manufacturer’s warranty thanks to recent European legislation. We are able to achieve these service levels through our investment in workshop equipment, trained technicians and online diagnostic testing equipment.

The Reception team at German Autocare comprises four professional main dealer receptionists, all trained in their specialist marque. Also included as part of the German Autocare experience is our valeting service, offering a complimentary wash and vac in our valeting bay as standard. Showroom valets are available for those wanting the ultimate ‘new car’ experience.

From first call to collection of your finished vehicle, we aim to make your relationship with German Autocare as smooth and professional as possible. No wonder many of our customers have been with us for a decade or more.
