The salon was designed with your pets needs in mind, all the specialist equipment is bang up to date, the bath is open fronted so larger breeds can step in and all breeds can see out, the grooming tables are electric so they can be adjusted so that your dog never needs to jump or be lifted unnecessarily.The kennels are made from stainless steel and are filled with clean bedding for each dog.All the equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained. The salon is kept clean and tidy which is essential for the health of your pet.The salon is run in a positive and friendly manner, with your dogs needs our priority, We only have one or two dogs in at a time so that your dog gets the attention he/she deserves. As mentioned above the salon is open plan and the dog s can look out in to the busy street while being pampered. A typical appointment at GLAMOUR POOCH will consist of a consultation with you and your pet to discuss your dog’s requirements. They will receive a warm welcoming bath, a full professional groom using hot dryers and conditioning sprays, with lots of fuss and encouragement, a professional trim also with love and care, ears cleaned, and nails trimmed, tooth brushing is available on request. This costs between 20-80 depending on the breed of dog and grooming requirements.All the products used at GLAMOUR POOCH are of the highest standard, and solely for use on dogs. We use a range of shampoos called PRO LINE, the range has a product for every coat/skin type, we will also use prescribed shampoo if brought along to your appointment. The conditioners and sprays are also very high quality and specifically designed for your pet. GLAMOUR POOCH also stocks a small range of fancy collars and leads, doggie fashion and cologne for purchase.
