Established in 1835, Griff Chains Ltd is situated in the historic heartland of the chain-making industry in the Black Country, West Midlands.

With the hand chain workhouses and Black Country Museum demonstration shop nearby, the roots of our industry are always visible. However, Griff has moved with the times and is proud to be one of the select few UK companies that still manufacture its own chain.

With a worldwide reputation for quality, reliability, excellent load bearing and competitive pricing, our chains are used in the marine, leisure, military and industrial sectors.

Over the years, we have been involved in a number of exciting projects, the most recent being the transportation of the remake of the Titanic anchor for the televised programme “Titanic: The Mission”.
