Grosvenor Billinghurst is a privately owned group of residential estate agency businesses in Surrey with branches in Cobham, Esher, Claygate, Hinchley Wood and Woking.

Led by Managing Director Ian Davies, himself an almost lifelong “career Estate Agent”, the Grosvenor Billinghurst team of 26 or so are focused on delivering a memorable customer experience. Moving home sometimes has a reputation of being more challenging than it could and should be. The Grosvenor Billinghurst team (Team GB!) subscribe to professional bodies and in all branches there is a member of either the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) or ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), while the company has been a member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme, since the company was formed.
