Russell Hills
Russell is extremely experienced and has worked at the clinic more than 25 years. He trained at West Middlesex University Hospital School of Physiotherapy, qualifying in 1984. He attends many courses which contribute to maintaining and increasing his knowledge and skills. Russell’s particular interests include the treatment of back and neck pain, sports and soft tissue injuries, joint and MSK conditions. Grad Dip Phys (mcsp)
James Leyland
James has a broad range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience having worked within the NHS for the last 5 years and has extensive experience as a Sports Therapist. James attended the GIFT course in America, meaning that he is well qualified to treat sports injuries and general rehabilitation cases, thoroughly and effectively. James may also use acupuncture and dry needling for pain relief and joint dysfunction. BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP,MAACP,FAFS.
James is currently in training for the London Marathon which takes place on 26th April 2015.As a Chartered Physiotherapist, James is well qualified to treat and advise on all types of Sports injuries. Taking part in these types of events has also given James a good understanding of all the aches and pains that many will suffer and he alsounderstands the frustration caused when injuries prevent or delay training. With this is mind, James is offering a range of sports massages, physio treatment and advice on all aspects of your training plans to help you to get the most out of your training and to achieve success on the big day!!
James is running for the charity 'whizz kids' - www.whizz-kids.co.uk, to help raise money for wheelchairs and equipment.James started training his 16 week training plan on 5th JanuaryWeek 1 (5th Jan),he ran 6 miles
Week 2 (12th Jan), he ran 8 miles.
