I have many policies and procedures that are available for you to read and sign before your child starts at the setting. My aim is to follow these so your child is kept safe at all times and they are encouraged to reach their learning potential through play and having a good bonding relationship with us at HappyKids.

Your child will be encouraged through praise, rewards and positivity, although unwanted behaviour will be discouraged my aim is to find the cause of the problem behaviours and to prevent it.

I have 5yrs experience working within an outstanding nursery setting. I have been childminding for the past 4 years and I have raised 3 wonderful, well mannered and well behaved children of my own.

 

I have 10 GCSE's, Teaching Assistant diploma level 3, Special Educational Needs diploma level 3, NVQ3 Childrens Care, learning and development. Paediatric First Aid Cert, Food Hygiene cert, Safeguarding Children cert, I have also attended the Solihull approach training course.
