We will guide you through the process of obtaining judgement and advise you on the best methods of enforcing payment, to make sure the matter is quickly resolved.Remember that the small claims limit is presently £10,000 which means that you cannot recover most of your legal fees from the other side if the debt is less than this amount. However, on debts above £500 we would still recommend using a solicitor to obtain judgment and to assist you with enforcement.If a claim is made against you, we can advise you on any defence arguments, as well as discussing whether favourable settlement terms would be a more cost effective option.For further advice or information please contact us.
