Unfortunately, ensuring the steady flow of cash to fund that goal can prove an unwelcome distraction, especially when fee payments are being missed or the pupil is withdrawn without adequate notice.The significant experience we have in the education sector, combined with our in depth knowledge of the legal process allows us to develop cost efficient strategies, tailored to suit your needs. Having worked closely with independent schools over many years, we understand the importance of an effective fee recovery service that provides predictability and certainty regarding costs, particularly in these challenging economic times.We work with our Independent School clients to make sure they get the service that is right for them. This can range from a “Pay As You Go” service so you know exactly how much each stage of the proceedings will cost you. Alternatively we offer two levels of subscription service to suit your budget and expected usage. The cost is calculated the against the number of pupils, subject to a minimum fee and providing the debt is no older than two terms, once referred to us you only have to pay the Court fees as the case progresses. For older debts or more complicated matters we can discuss the level of fees in advance so you are not hit with unexpected invoices.
