Authentic American cooking is what we are all about! Our aim at Hickory’s is to bring a taste of the US barbecue belt to Chester using the American Smokers we imported from Memphis, Tennessee. We smoke over smouldering hickory wood for up to 12 hours creating meat that is tender & full of flavour.
