High Hilden is a residential care home for the elderly run by a charitable trust which was established in 1946. A high standard of twenty four hour personal care is provided by our team of fully trained and dedicated staff.

We understand that moving into a care home can be an anxious time for our residents and their families, so we aim to provide a warm and homely environment. We treat all our residents as individuals - each resident has an individual care plan (which is completed in conjunction with both residents and their families). We encourage choice and independence and treat our residents with compassion, dignity and respect. We try to ensure that all residents feel at home.High Hilden is managed by an experienced Home Manager, with Care Assistants providing twenty four hour support. Management and staff take great pride in making life as comfortable as possible for our residents. High standards are maintained by regular supervision, training and monitoring of our motivated and committed care team. We are members of both the National Care Association and the Kent Care Homes Association.
