Open to all ages and abilities taught by experienced fully qualified
experienced Iyengar yoga teachers. A full and varied timetable of
classes are held six days a week during the day and in the evening.
Weekend workshops with senior Iyengar teachers are held on a regular
basis throughout the year.

Classes are suitable for absolute beginners and those who wish to
consolidate their practice. Teaching is progressive and methodical,
providing a solid foundation for further practice.

All classes are held at our dedicated yoga centre within easy reach
of Didsbury, Stockport and the Heatons. A beautiful venue with a
spacious light and airy studio it is an oasis of calm in which you can
stretch and relax whilst energising body and mind. All equipment
including yoga mats is provided.

a highly experienced and qualified Iyengar yoga teacher, iYoga classes

wellbeing. The spacious 1500 sq ft has Centre been designed exclusively
for the teaching of Iyengar yoga and offers ideal facilities for
students to practice their yoga in a comfortable, safe and relaxing
environment. The centre is within easy reach of Didsbury, the Heatons
and Stockport and is also available to hire at very competitive rates.
