At Langleys we provide a debt recovery service that is simple, fast and effective.  Our team of experienced executives work closely with credit controllers and accounts departments to tackle debt as early and efficiently as possible. We assess each debt and advise upon the best course of action, as well as how to maximise recovery with effective use of late payment legislation.  We can create a bespoke strategy and reporting process to assist in the management and administration of your debts.
 
We charge on a low cost structured fixed fee basis.  We can also offer a “no recovery no charge” scheme where, prior to the issue of proceedings, we only get paid if you do.  Discounted rates are available for bulk debt recovery instructions.
 
Should a matter be disputed we will provide guidance on progressing a contested case and the cost implications.  We work closely with our Dispute Resolution unit whose experienced solicitors are available to advise on higher value and/or complex matters.  The team are also experts in settlement and mediation and will actively seek to resolve defended actions before trial.

Our fees prior to Court proceedings are calculated on a percentage of what is recovered, meaning that we only get paid if you do.  We will make no charge if no recovery is made without the need for formal action via the Courts.  We will also be able to advise on maximising your recovery by using the powers in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
