Our PeopleAll our people have a continual professional development plan which keeps them up to date on industry changes. We take individual development seriously and consider it a key component to our office set up; hence, staff have Personal Progress Updates on a four monthly basis. In addition to this we undertake mentoring sessions. This even extends outside the practice to students from the local universities.
The Directors

Paul Wong
Paul has worked in architectural practice for the past seventeen years. Particularly over the last decade as a key director his role encompassed understanding client briefs and translating them into built reality. Overseeing a team of architects and other designers was very much a part of the day to day business which is already proving a benefit to the project management division of the practice.

Kevin Parry
Kevin Parry helped found the practice in 1985 along with Ken James. From his public sector background of working within the then Welsh Development Agency through to his work with the NHS, particularly in Wales, he has gained invaluable experience and knowledge in developing projects from the very early inception stage, through business case development, and on to the more practical site stages.

Mike Hughes
Mike has been with the practice for the last eleven years helping it to grow and become the established practice that it is. As a key member of the health sector team he has helped develop projects throughout Wales from business case through construction to ‘go live’. Looking to the future Mike is keen to see the fulfilment of the practices potential and continue the success that Ken and Kevin have brought.
