Lisa's Ladybirds Childminding is run by military wife Lisa-Michelle Hall and was established in 2008. 

As a parent and step-parent to 5 children, childcare and child development is an interest and a priority of mine. I understand how hard it can be to find the someone you wish to leave your most precious possession in the care of and therefore Lisa's Ladybirds Childminding has worked hard to ensure that both the transition into childcare and working with parents is paramount.

In 2007 I became a parent (and step parent) and decided that I wished to enter into a carer in childcare. Since the very first steps of inquiring with Ofsted and my local authority to where I am now, studying a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth Studies I can honestly say I have never felt so fulfilled in my career.

Prior to starting Lisa's Ladybirds Childminding, I was an Account Manager for a multi-national company and have previously held other administration and managerial positions. However, I have never found a role I enjoy as much as I do running Lisa's Ladybirds Childminding.
