Since I was a small child I insisted on having pets! When I was growing up we had standard poodles at home, followed by dachshunds, GSD’s and labradoodles as well as a number of cats! As a child I also had hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits, this love for pets has never left me and if anything has grown with my years. Now I am ‘mum’ to Tula and Ruby who you can read about here.Whilst I focused on my education, gaining a BA and MA, and forging a successful career in Newcastle, I always looked after pets as a hobby as well as having my own. This has always been my true passion, so at the start of 2011 I decided to make a life change and focus fully on starting Lizzie’s Pet Care, leaving the day job behind and I have never looked back.I truly love what I do and I now am lucky enough to care for a number of delightful cats and dogs within the Gosforth and Jesmond areas. The great thing about my service is that you can have total confidence that your pet will be extremely well looked after and that every need will be individually catered for. I offer a one-to-one service to ensure that your pet receives the same care and attention that I give to my own.
