MARTIN & PARTNERS is the largest independent Builders & Plumbers Merchant in Northampton and has supplied the building industry for over 75 years.Our aim is to provide all our customers, who range from the national house builder, local councils, hospitals, schools, jobbing builder, to plumbers and the DIY enthusiast, with unrivalled service and delivery, at the most competitive terms.
We offer delivery of all our products to anywhere in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties and are able to supply many of them via carriers to any part of the UK.
We have a wide product range and are one of the largest stockists of Polypipe Plumbing and Drainage Products in the Midlands, as well as being premier stockists of Dickies Clothing, Swish Fascia Boards and Macpherson Paints. We are also the number one centre for all your Hand and Power Tools needs and are specialists in Architectural Ironmongery, Plumbing & Heating Products.

Martin and Partners started trading in 1935 from Regent square and David Dickens the current managing director and owner, has been with the company for over 45 years and is well known locally for his experience and knowledge of the industry. He runs the company with the help of his fellow directors, his wife Marguerite, his daughter Rebecca and son-in-law Mark.
David Dickens also serves on a national basis for NMBS, a buying group for Builders and Plumbers Merchants, where he sits on the main management board and is chair of their hardware buying committee. David states “By being a member of a £450 million, National Buying Group for independents, we can take advantage of preferential deals with our suppliers, which means we can always offer our customers the very best deals from all the leading manufacturers”.
