Cardiff burgers voted best in the UK
The Welsh Beef Burger at Martin Player High Class Butcher in Cardiff has been named the best in the UK after claiming the top prize at the Q Guild of Butchers National BBQ Final 2013Earlier this year six regional stages took place across the UK to find the best products to go forward to the national competition. Due to a high level of entries the final had been a highly-anticipated event.
We also claimed third place with our dry aged Welsh beef rib eye steak.
