Merrist Wood Golf Club, established in 1997 and nestled in 250 acres of tranquil Surrey countryside, is a woodland course surrounded by mature trees and the sounds of bird song.  Located outside Guildford along the Aldershot Road and 5 minutes from the A3, Merrist Wood will provide you with a golfing experience like no other.  The David Williams designed golf course was awarded a silver grading in the HSBC Regional Course guide for having holes, which are not only attractive with lakes and streams but demanding from our championship tees, whilst being enjoyable from our normal forward tees for the less experienced golfer. When you join Merrist Wood, you do not join just one club, as you are automatically allowed to play at other clubs in the Crown Golf network, of which there are many in the immediate area, but there are many other benefits on offer:
