Bulent and Ozgur are proud to present “Meze Lounge” Middlesbrough as an ambassador of fine authentic Turkish Cuisine offering a menu of traditional dishes.

Meze’s are a delightful feature of Middle Eastern food meant to whet your appetite. The word is found in all the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire and comes from the Turkish “meze'' meaning "taste, flavour, snack, relish”

At Meze Lounge you will find a rich tapestry of dishes all perfected in the kitchens of the Sultans palaces from the Ottoman era. This infusion of history and flavour is brought to you at Meze Lounge by our Turkish Chefs. Our range of traditional dishes with a modern twist are what we like to call “Meze Lounge Fusion”.

Turkish food is best enjoyed in Mediterranean style. In our restaurant we try to re-create an authentic Turkish way of eating in a relaxed and laid back atmosphere.
