We have a full range of quality products, including our own Championship Sausages.  We hand-make all of our sausages and only the choicest pieces of meat are used. Our butchers will prepare for you a full range of meat, fine enough to grace any table. Finest quality local Beef, Pork and Staffordshire Lamb        Our really famous, award-winning Pork and Speciality Pies are made with great care, baked fresh daily in a range of sizes.  (See Speciality Foods)  We have a wide selection of meats on offer, which are all prepared in the traditional way. Beef and pork from Local farms and Staffordshire lamb.This prime Forerib of Beef (pictured right) was presented by Michael himself to HRH, The Queen Mother, at Clarence House on her 100th Birthday.
