At the Millstone we source only the freshest; in season produce from trusted local and regional suppliers to really inspire our menus. By showcasing the ingredients on offer within the stunning Ribble Valley, you can enjoy a true taste of what makes this beautiful region so special.

Stay with us for a few days or longer and you’ll be treated to the warmest of welcomes in relaxed, yet elegant surroundings.  You can make your selection from an inspired array of delicious Lancashire dishes, which although simple in their creation, they’re perfectly executed to satisfy even the most discerning guests. You could even treat yourself to afternoon tea with mouth watering homemade biscuits and cakes baked freshly every day.What’s more, if you’re looking for somewhere to host a special occasion, you can celebrate in our private dining room which seats up to 20 people.Of course, it goes without saying that as part of the Thwaites family there is an immense amount of wine, brewing and culinary expertise on offer at The Millstone.
