C & P Medical was set up in September 1998 by brothers Chris and Peter Shaw ('C & P') to buy and sell disposable medical products and has since expanded this to include animal and pet feeds and medical products.
Peter Shaw came to the business with a background in financial trading, bringing both funds and financial knowledge to the company. As the company's Managing Director he has been nominated for Young Businessperson of the Year Award with the Bath Chronicle in 2003 and 2004 and won Entrepreneur of the Year in February 2005 with the Wiltshire Business Awards. The pet supplies website began in 2010. C&P Medical also have websites selling chiropody supplies and tattoo and piercing supplies.
