Nicholson & Smith Carpentry & Joinery is a well-established carpentry and joinery business that has been providing a professional yet personal service for more than 20 years.

Over the years this approach has been rewarded by clients returning to us for further projects. We established our business in the city of Plymouth over twenty years ago and have seen our loyal clientele grow throughout the years. Many customers have also asked us to repeat some of our installations in their new homes when they move.Undoubtedly the personal service and pride in our work has not gone unnoticed and it’s evident people appreciate this level of service. Our carpentry and joinery skills have taken years to perfect and as with any trade, we are still learning. The carpentry and joinery trade is sometimes dismissed, as people think they can ‘have a go’ at hanging that internal door or scarfing in a piece of timber in the window sill, but more often than not, the end result is not as satisfactory. Our skills have been executed in every room in the home, from the roof to the cellar.
