Opened in 2005 the popularity of our butchers shop has grown and grown. Our reputation has been built on our Welsh Black beef and Welsh lamb. We stock everything from beef steaks, topside, silverside, mince and our very own home made burgers and sausages.
From racks of lamb, to chops, shanks, rump and leg steaks, ox tail, ox liver, lamb fries, sweetbreads and our very own marinated meats. We also sell local pork, chicken, venison and game.All our meat is either home produced or locally sourced. One of our 5 butchers will cut your meats and joints to order. All the sausages and burgers are handmade on the premises. Since our recent refurbishment we have added a range of ready meals which are prepared by the chefs in our Farm Café. These include; Shepherd’s Pie Cottage Pie, Beef Bourginon, Lamb Tagine, Pork and Bean Casserole. We also sell a selection of fine cheeses, Fresh fruit and vegetables, Pastas and sauces, Jams, jellies, chutneys and relishes, Fresh baked breads, Ice cream And lastly Wine, beer and cider.
