We are based in the South of England and operate anywhere in the United Kingdom.Whether it's building work to schools, colleges, new houses, flats or apartments we can assist you with all elements of the building process.Oxford Surveying Services building consultancy can be provided in whole or part and if necessary we can bring together additional professional services such as architects and structural engineers according to your particular requirements.


Property Developing

If you are a Property Developer you will want to ensure you receive value for money. We have experience in developing houses and also large multiple occupancy developments of flats and apartments. We can ensure all the relevant packages are let according to budgets, and report on a CTC.

Main Contractor

If you are a Main Contractor then you will want to successfully procure your materials and all of the sub-contract packages, received assistance to reduce the build programme, increase your profit margins whilst still achieving the required standards specified under any agreement.

Sub-Contracting

If you are a Sub-Contractor you will want to ensure you have allowed for and included the necessary items to complete the sub-contract and return a profit margin. We can assist throughout the whole process which includes tendering, interim valuations, cost variations and assisting with contractual requirements and final account preparation.
