I started on my own in business on the 1st January 1989. My passion from day one has been to provide a 1st class service, regardless of the job. (Always quality not rushed quantity).

I started my career in Heating & plumbing whilst still at school, during evenings and weekends helping my brother in law who is also a Heating & Plumbing engineer

I am proud to say that I am a time served fully certificated apprentice holding City & Guilds qualifications and City & Guilds Advanced qualifications.

Having left school I went straight into a local Heating, Plumbing & Electrical firm for the complete five years of my apprenticeship. At this firm I was under the guidance of an extremely dedicated professional plumber (Peter Handscomb) who taught me the hard way (old school style). His knowledge of Heating & Plumbing was second to none and it gave me the perfect start to my career. (I will always be thankful to him for his time and patience).

I was extremely lucky from day one as I was taught traditional skills, with traditional materials which even today are rarely used but never forgotten. (Cast Iron soil stacks corked and jointed, wiped lead joints, lead work, soil & ventilation stacks and much more including the worst of all jobs, blocked drains and blocked waste macerators).
