I am Sarah Heyes, owner of Paws 4 Thought Pet Care. I live in Horwich with my partner Danny, our black labrador Madison,our lovely cats & 2 rabbits. It has always been my ambition to develop a pet care service that provided a reliable, welcoming service from a truly dedicated animal lover. In 2009, Paws 4 Thought Pet Care was born.I have always lived in Horwich and spent my childhood growing up with qualified Guide Dogs. At 16 I rescued Max, our cat, who at the time was feral, this began my interest in feral cats and I went on to volunteer for Bolton & Radcliffe Cats Protection for a number of years. During my time with CPL I specialised in the socialisation of feral kittens/cats and gained a wide range of knowledge in their welfare.Until October 2010 I was employed by Guide Dogs for the Blind, working in the kennel environment providing care for up to 30 dogs in training. I still enjoy boarding trainee Guide Dogs when I get the opportunity. I am fully qualified in Animal First Aid and also have a diploma in Animal Communications. I have recently attended a TTouch workshop & Dog Law Seminar.
