I am Marco Toni, executive chef at Pizza Me. Having worked for many of the Italian restaurant chains in the UK, I gladly express my opinion if people ask me why pizza and pasta are expensive in restaurants when they are cheap to make….. “They shouldn’t be!” I reply.In Italy pizza was invented as something quick to grab on the go, almost like a sandwich was here. You wouldn’t pay £10 for a sandwich no matter how ‘gourmet’ it was and that is my view on pizza also.Don’t mistake our value offering for being cheap, we use fine quality fresh ingredients and cook to order to ensure that you receive gourmet Italian food which is great value for money – there is nothing cheap about what we do!So, the only question I have for you is;“Wanna Pizza Me?”Marco Toni,
